Walter Reissman is a leadership coach, investor, wellness practitioner, and volatility coach. With more than 30 years in business, he has been an investor and a "serial entrepreneur." At various times during his long business career, Walter Reissman has served various functions with numerous companies, often as a banker, trader, advisor, or just as an investor.
Walter Reissman is an acknowledged expert when dealing with issues faced by start-ups and microcap companies. To date, Walter Reissman has participated in investments of more than $80 million in corporate finance transactions, including private placements, PIPEs, reverse mergers, IPOs, and M & A.
Though Walter Reissman is currently focused on U.S. real estate, he has previously worked and invested in the United States and much of the rest of the world, as well. As a Wellness Practitioner, Spiritual Advisor, Kabbalist, and at the same time grounded in Business, Life & Investment Coaching, Walter Reissman focuses on creating a balance of Mind, Body & Spirit to experience the joy of LIVING IN THE PRESENT.
